Hellkern Warriors

The Story of Hellkern Warriors

The story of Hellkern Warriors begins in the shadows of early 2025, when Kabal reached out to Mauricio with the idea of shaping a new musical vision. What started as a conversation soon grew into something more — a calling that needed a spark.

That spark arrived in June, when Tom Radar unveiled his haunting song ideas:

the raw and evocative riffs of “Helkern Warriors”, "Petrol & Water" and “Endless Road.” To capture the atmosphere he imagined, Tom recorded demo versions of these tracks, lending his own voice to guide the vision.

The effect was immediate. Kabal, Mauricio, and Fabian felt the pull of the music — cinematic in scope, yet intimate in its shadows. Each brought their own artistry to the table, weaving together threads of analog synths, spectral guitar lines, and rhythms that echo like a heartbeat in the dark.

From this alchemy, Hellkern Warriors were born — an international collaboration bound by the desire to create soundscapes that are as haunting as they are alive.

“Endless Road” became the foundation stone, the first step into their unfolding journey, a concept they call:
“The Pulse of the Void”

The name itself, Helkern, is taken from a computer virus — an unseen force, hidden and unstoppable, spreading silently through the dark. A fitting emblem for the band’s essence.

Each member of the Hellkern Warriors brings a unique shadow to the sound:

  • Kabal Apokalypse / Dylan Phoenix, the creative force of Alessandro Vezzoni (Pietrasanta, Italy) — is a poet, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and founder of Funeral Records Autoproduction. With roots in black metal, doom, EBM and gothic rock since the mid-90s, his projects (Erotic Funeral, Toxic Industry, Binario 0) have shaped the underground. His vision is alchemical — turning emotion into sound.

  • Tom Radar, known for his Berlin-based darkwave act Radarfield, took over lead vocals and added his lyrical depth and emotional delivery. With songs like “Vampire Diary” and the side project “The Man With White Wings” (with Dylan Phoenix), Tom has left his mark across international airwaves and gothic compilations alike.

  • Fabian Parra, an experienced guitarist and bassist from Ibagué, Colombia, adds a layer of heaviness and precision. With over 20 years in extreme metal bands like Ghoulish Pain and Lemarchand, Fabian’s background injects a razor-sharp edge into the band’s sound.

  • Mauricio Castro, drummer, initiator of the project from Ibagué, Colombia is a musician, composer, arranger, and music producer with over 20 years of experience in the colombian music industry. He is the founder and drummer of the bands Impromtus ad mortem and Lemarchand. He also works as a producer and sound engineer at “Artgot Studios”, which he also founded.

And so the journey began, with “Helkern Warriors” as the band’s first creation — bringing the invisible battle of the digital age straight to your ears.

The Pulse of the Void – turned into sound.

 Helkern Warriors

"Helkern Warriors" is a darkwave journey into the shadows of the digital battlefield.

Fueled by icy, pulsating rhythms and haunting layers of synth, the track captures the tension of a war that can’t be seen—where every pulse of data could be a weapon, and every silence hides a threat. Inspired by the notorious Helkern computer virus, the song narrates the relentless spread of an unseen enemy: a self-replicating code that moves faster than thought, disrupting networks, corrupting truth, and leaving chaos in its wake.

From the urgent calls of “Helkern protectors” to the hypnotic repetition of “the replication has begun,” the music unfolds like a transmission intercepted from the frontlines. It’s both a warning and an invocation—a reminder that in the realm of cyberspace, battles are fought without borders, and the warriors are armed with nothing but code, firewalls, and resilience.

Helkern Warriors is not just a song; it’s an immersion into a future that has already arrived—a soundtrack for those who stand in the glow of the monitor, watching the war play out in streams of light and shadow.

Listen now and become part of the Helkern Warriors!

Petrol & Water
 Release Date: 1st November 2025

"Petrol & Water" is a descent into a world consumed by its own hunger— for power, and for water.
Both elegy and prophecy, "Petrol & Water" is a hymn for what we lost —
and a question of which force will reign when the last shadow falls.

Endless Road
Coming Soon

Endless Road” –  The Sound of an Unstoppable Journey

“Endless Road” is more than just a song — it’s a musical road movie, a dark journey down endless highways that leads us through pain, freedom, and self-discovery. The lyrics paint a picture of perpetual motion, of life on the edge, where the sky is bleeding and angels fear to tread.

“The sky is bleeding, black and red” —

a symbol of conflict and chaos.

The roads are cold, with no light, no peace, only the harsh whisper of asphalt accompanying the wandering soul. In the chorus, the driving rhythm captures the untamed energy, the chase for lightning in one’s veins, the fearless forward motion without fear of the undertow of the past.“Endless Road” is an anthem for everyone setting out to discover the unknown ...

During its creation, Kabal reached out to Michael Fuentes — the acclaimed lead singer of Midian Dite from Guadalajara, Mexico. With his unmistakable voice, Michael reimagined “Endless Road” into something darker, more powerful, and emotionally charged.

This new interpretation reveals another side of the song’s soul, offering listeners an alternate journey through its vast soundscape.

The Michael Fuentes version of “Endless Road” will appear as an exclusive bonus track on the upcoming Hellkern Warriors CD — a must-hear for those who walk the line between shadow and sound.
